SUPERVISION OF STEEL MELTING FURNACES
Compliance with regulatory and technical requirements during installation and modernization is a prerequisite for the normal operation of the equipment being installed. The procedure and scope of work performed during the installation supervision of steel-making furnaces and related equipment is formed for each project and agreed upon during the conclusion of the contract.
But in any case, there are three main stages:
- Discussion of conditions, scope of required work and schedule of their implementation with the subsequent conclusion of a contract.
- Direct supervision during the installation of the object.
- Assessment of the quality of the work performed and the formation of the corresponding act. If necessary, instruct personnel who will work with the equipment.
- Installation supervision services eliminate the possibility of errors during the installation of steel equipment. As a result, after commissioning, furnaces and other equipment are operating normally.
